When Team Quest hits the road to work with kids, the Starhawk model rocket is the rocket of choice for tight budgets and smaller flying fields. The Starhawk’s streamlined construction, single piece fin-unit, and streamer recovery ensure that it can be built and ready for launch in a single 45 minute session! This kit does not require painting and colors of the nose cone and fin-unit may be different than shown in the image.
Quest Skill Level 1 beginner modeler kits may require a little measuring, gluing, sanding and painting. Assembly usually takes 45 to 90 minutes. Drying time for glue and painting could take up to 3 hours.
This kit requires assembly. Hobby glues, finishing supplies, building tools, launch system and rocket motors for launching are not included.
Launch supplies sold separately. Requires Complete Launch System (Q7700), Quest Q-Jet rocket motors with FirstFire Micro Initiators and Recovery Wadding. One 9-volt, snap-top, Lithium battery is required for the Q2 Launch Controller – Not Included.

Recommended for ages 10 to adult. Direct adult supervision is suggested for those under 12 years of age when building or flying model rockets.
