Who doesn’t remember Sylvester and Tweety from the Looney Toons cartoons? And let’s not forget Tweety’s famous line…. “I tawt I taw a puddy tat!” Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons were produced by Warner Brothers Cartoons between 1949 and 1964. Several of the shorts, especially the ones produced from 1965 onward, were subsequently produced by DePatie–Freleng.
