Double head searchlight. US&S style with outer ring on each face. Three colors from each LED. Instructions and 1.5K resistors included. Each face has the ability to light up Green, Red, Yellow. Both top and Bottom. The copper wires are for the Yellow light, Blue wires are the ground wires.
