HO Broadway Ltd Union Pacific Business Car, UP #119 “Kenefick”, UP Shield on Rear 9012

Commonly included in Union Pacific’s business car fleet, Union Pacific Car #119, known asKenefick, has been roaming the UP system for decades. Originally built in 1950 as Coach No. 5446, it was rebuilt as Business Car No. 99 in 1963 and officially namedKenefickin 1988.

Among the many miles Car #119 has traveled, it has been part of several special occasions. Two of the most notable trips include its role in Big Boy 4014’s nationwide tour in 2019 and bringing up the rear of President George H.W. Bush’s funeral train.

For our second production run of Union Pacific Car #119, we are modelingKenefickin its modern-day appearance in HO scale, offering five different prototypical versions and one fantasy scheme. Each car features a lighted interior, marker lights, tail lights, and individually controllable ditch lights. Additional details specific to each version include accurate antenna arrangements, appropriate trucks and underbody details, and prototypical roof features.

Union Pacific Car #119Kenefickwill be available to customers in early 2026.
