“Pergande’s” is a kit from our “Over-Nighter” Series & features pre-printed walls, signs & weathering… along with both wooden components for trim work as well as plastic/wooden laser-cut doors & windows (depending upon the scale of the structure). Ideal for beginning & intermediate modelers, the simple “two-night” assembly (despite the name!) eliminated much of the more intricate aspects of building a kit of this quality.  Figure & vehicle not included.
