The kit is composed of laser cut plywood and basswood. The building has a plywood sub-structure covered by the various siding materials. The O scale footprint is 6 1/4″ wide by 5″ deep. The 1:20.3 F/G scale model is 13 1/4″ wide by 10 1/2″ deep and just shy of 11″ tall, the main door is 3. That is measured over the platform.
