A-Line Hobby Tote System High-Sided Storage Containers for HO Scale locomotives, freight cars and passenger cars feature tray lids to ensure dust-free storage and maximum protection during transport. Equipped with removable chip board dividers and made from heavy-duty 250lb. test, double wall corrugated cardboard. Easy to assemble with instructions included. Boxes have a clean, white exterior. Designed for excess-height cars (autoracks, Amtrak Superliner cars, high-cube boxcars, etc) as well as standard-height cars. Hobby Tote System cases are excellent for carrying long unit trains (grain, cement, intermodal cars) and the locomotives to pull them. Each High-Sided container measures 27 x 7 x 2-3/4″ (interior) and 27-3/4 x 7-3/4 x 2-3/4″ (exterior) and typically carries 16 40′ boxcars or eight 85′ passenger cars. This Hobby Tote System set comes complete with carrying case made of sturdy cordura nylon with heavy-duty double zipper and integral carrying straps for safe transporting. The case holds four high-side or five low-sided storage boxes.
